Hi.

This  blog chronicles a mix of  my nowadays beauty crushes , soul + food nourishment with a little cheer and inspiration. But who knows? Like people and life, this blog could change .

Until then, it will just be This Is Farah Now.

why i tried it...

I believe in this brand and its ability to consciously delivery great clean skincare. I already have the Derma E Anti- Wrinkle Oil on rotation in my skincare regimen, so I thought I would give this Nourishing Rose Cleansing Oil a shot.

my experience...

This cleanser removed my makeup with ease. It has a nice slip to it and leaves skin feeling soft and looking dewy. Fine lines from dehydration tend to become more obvious as I age and I find when I use this cleanser they are a little less annoying ( thank you argan and jojoba oils). In case you are wondering, the answer is yes- this product does smell like delicate roses.

how i used it...

I have been using this as my morning and evening cleanser. Massage a small amount onto dry face and neck and wipe with a warm damp cotton round. The days I wore heavy makeup or was walking the beautiful, but much polluted streets of NYC, I would go for a second round.

final thoughts...

Cleansers are not generally items I keep on repeat. I try many; stick with some and the ones I keep may make a second appearance on my beauty shelf, but usually as far as it goes. Things have changed and for the first time ever I finally developed a connection on a deeper level and can honestly say Iā€™m in love.

Derma E Nourishing Rose Cleansing Oil can be purchased for $25 at Well.ca or at your local Healthy Planet.
