why i tried it...

Honestly, I got this travel size tub free with my Sephora order. I forgot all about it until one Saturday night I somehow was home sans kids and felt like masking. It was a kismet fluke.

my experience...

I cracked open the tub and started painting my face ( invest in a mask brush if you don't have one- WORTH IT) without really reading too much about the product or instructions. I quickly noticed some chunk size bits in the mask that just sat on my face , but then was totally distracted by the  tingling sensation that ensued shortly after. I quickly started reading the packaging and realized the tingling was normal. By the way, I am totally at ease with tingling skincare- makes me feel like something good is happening. The mask started to form into a clay like texture as it dried on my face. My skin felt tight and a teeny bit uncomfortable. To remove, I  followed instructions ( finally) and added a bit of water and worked the mask into circular motions. Take your time here-this is where the magic truly happens. Really work those little circular movements, especially in the nooks and crannies on your face like around your nose and chin. I was a bit aggressive on my forehead because I had some superficial fine lines that I was aiming for. When I was all washed up, I could not believe the instant results. My skin looked as if I  just had a deep cleansing facial. Seriously, aside from extractions, the results were the same. My skin was bright, supple and glowing.

how i used it...

I used this mask twice. One application, one week apart. I was in awe after just one try. After the second try, I was 100% sold.

final thoughts...

This product will have a forever place in my skincare regimen. The result were instant, which is rare. This product has impressed me enough to invest in a full size tub. I will use it weekly and for a little pick me up before a special night out.

You can purchase GlamGlow YouthMud at Sephora but Costco has it in store right now for $49.99 ( a steal compared to $79 ).

Keep On,
