healthy & creamy basil dressing

No dressing on the side required here. I thoroughly enjoy this creamy dressing guilt free. Wholesome and simple ingredients blended together- that's all folks.

Healthy & Creamy Basil Dressing
1/2 cup raw cashews ( almonds work too)
3/4 cup olive oil
1/2 cup warm water
1/2 cup basil  
1/2 cup parsley
juice of 2 lemons
1 teaspoon pink salt

Whip together in a blender for a creamy and super healthy dressing. I like to make in batches and refrigerate. Note- dressing will thicken in the fridge, but once you start tossing your salad it will thin out. 

Feel free to experiment with your favourite herbs. I've tried a few combinations including parsley and cilantro- YUM.
