pretty in pink dressing
When your salad dressing tastes as pretty as it looks, you put a necklace on it and throw some confetti. This rich tahini and beet dressing works well on salads and on top of roasted veggies.
Pretty in Pink Dressing
1/2 cup tahina
1/2 cup warm water
1/4 cup olive oil
1/2 cooked beet
juice of half lemon
pinch of pink salt
Whip together in a blender and enjoy.
